The employees have no manners and don’t treat customers well. When exchanging currency, they object to strange things. You go to another exchange office, like Al-Ahli Exchange, where the exchange goes smoothly. I swear to God, I’m fed up with Al-General Exchange.
At other exchange offices, they exchange currency at the black market rate, not the bank rate. When you complain, they tell you to go to the bank. May God suffice us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

The service was awful and disgusting, especially from the employee with the glasses at the window.
And they’re charging the black market rate, not the official rate set by the Central Bank.
Where’s the oversight?
