A very reputable and extremely committed company. I live in my city and had a small to medium-sized cockroach problem. I contacted them immediately, and they arrived within an hour. They professionally sprayed the entire apartment. They know how to do their job and are truly skilled and professional.

Exactly two days after the spraying, the problem was completely resolved. They called me on time for a follow-up (free follow-up), and during the follow-up, they sprayed parts of the apartment again to ensure the problem was completely gone.

I sincerely thank them for their attention and commitment. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors because of their performance and respectful service.

This company is EASILY the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL pest control company I have EVER dealt with in any country in the world! First, the price they quote you is NEVER the same because when they come to your place, they increase it and increase it because they are money hungry! They use excuses like “we need more spray” and charge you $6,000 per bottle!! Second, the technicians that come to your place are basically young teenagers or young men that are 20-21 years old who have NO EXPERIENCE in pest control, they have no clue what they are doing. They do not wear any protective clothing, they wear regular sports sneakers and jeans, they look like they are dressed to go to the bar rather than eliminate pests in your home! 2 young kids aka technicians came to my apartment and charged me $13,600 EGP to spray a few rooms and to “seal a hole” which they said they would have to come back to fix…which they did not come back. They left trash all over my apartment and did not plug my refrigerator back in which meant all of my meats in my freezer melted, went bad and left a HUGE BAD smell that my family and I had to clean ourselves. What kind of people don’t have the respect to leave a customers place clean and leave things how they found it? They have NO CARE WHAT SO EVER for the customer. NO RESPECT. They see I am a foreigner and charged me over $13,000 EGP because they are crooks and money hungry thieves!!!! Also, this company is under investigation for damages they left in my apartment and also they did not return to my apartment to fix their mess. They left the rat droppings all over my apartment, they did not have the respect & decency to clean it up, they left the place in a disgusting manner! They have been reported to the Egyptian authorities – DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU AND DAMAGE YOUR HOUSE AND NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!! TRUST ME STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
