I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years consistently servicing my car there, I have witnessed the steady decline of every aspect related to the service offered, from the lack of spare parts to the very slow process of receiving the car and finally the reception staff specifically Ahmed Mashhour who clearly lacks motivation to work therefore they choose to do their job in the worst way possible, moreover there’s a general attitude among all the employees of “this is what we have to offer, take it or leave it”.
Never going back again. Next up, I’m emailing Mercedes- Benz AG. I’m not looking for anything further than making them aware of those so-called employees misrepresenting the brand.

Professional staff , nice place , the only negative thing that happened is that i waited for more than 6 hours to get my service done to the car which was really exhausting, but they have a very nice waiting area for the clients to wait for their cars , i would love if they made it a little bit faster than they do

Was very bad experience…I paid 1500L.E for nothing may problem still the same and even they destroyed the parking sensors and I don’t know why … I don’t recommend this place to any one of MERCEDES owners in Egypt.
