The place is good and the people are very respectful. However, unfortunately, I encountered a problem with the water supply being cut off in the bathrooms and the lack of cleanliness. There’s also no sign on the street indicating the center, which made it very tiring and time-consuming to find it. Finally, they don’t answer the landline number listed on the website, and there’s no effective way to contact the center. The center is located in Sama Tower, second floor, very close to El Geish Street, on the sea in Sidi Gaber, Alexandria, above Nolix Academy, 29 Taha Hammadi Street, Cleopatra Beach.
