It should be a simple appointment and show up and do your job but it seems like it’s very complicated for them. They will tell you will let you know in an hour what time we will come and then they contact you the next day with the appointment, they seem like they’re all over the place and very unorganized. It’s truly concerning if they can take care of your dog since they cannot take care of their own company information.

They used to be very good and the service was amazing now you can tell the service is terrible and they cancel on you last minute. They refused to compensate you even though they want to charge the customers 500. If you cancel last minute with them, but if they cancel, it’s OK even though you’ve been waiting for them all day. Also, the customer service take forever to respond. I do not recommend them.

I started using Go Puppy for both my cat and dog since they opened in Hegaz. The service started out great, the staff was wonderful and professional, and back then the owner used to always be there and things ran smoothly.
For a while now their service has been decreasing rapidly. Their prices are always increasing, each visit is with a higher rate, their staff is the most unprofessional and rude grooming staff I have ever dealt with, and they are always coming up with ways to charge you more when they are working on your pets. The wait time is absolutely horrendous and keeps getting worse with each visit. 100% they have lost a customer today and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have been dealing with Go Puppy for a couple of years now and I can truthfully say that this is the best service I could find for my dogs. We only had one bad incident before with a team and Go Puppy apologized and took responsibility and as requested did not send that same team again. I trust them completely with my little fur babies. They keep you updated with videos and pictures in every step of their grooming session (and of them disinfecting the area of work) and they treat the dogs gently and with care. I am very thankful for them and their amazing team, especially Dr. Abdullah who reassured me and alleviated my worries with leaving my dogs with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a mobile grooming service.

disappointing experience
I contacted Go Puppy for mobile grooming only. Scheduling was chaotic, and when an appointment was confirmed for 9:30 AM but no one showed up and calls went unanswered. They later claimed the time was PM, which is not true.
also previously experienced pressure to pay for services I did not request with very poor quality of promotion. Poor communication and no reliability. I wouldn’t recommend them
