It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We booked 2 triple rooms and they gave us 2 double rooms and with an extra bed.The food was terrible , not well cooked and a few kinds. This place is too expensive for the amount we paid.

Unfortunately, I had a very
underwhelming experience at Grand Waha Resort. The place felt completely lifeless – no entertainment, no atmosphere, and barely any guests besides a few families who seemed to be connected to the hotel ownership.
The buffet at breakfast and dinner was extremely limited in variety, and the food quality was average at best. There was no professionalism in the service or the overall setup – it felt more like staying at someone’s private villa than an actual
resort.
Honestly, it does not live up to the standards of a hotel or resort in any way. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation

The hotel has a luxury vibe. Tasty lunch and dinner. Georges private beach with crystal clear water. The staff requires a lot of training however, they were cheerful and cooperative (thanks to Mohammed room service). We had a lot of hiccups but they tried hard to make us happy. Special thanks to the sales manager Mahir Francisco that made our stay smooth as possible.

Worst service ever we reserved the rooms a month prior but when we arrived they were surprised by our arrival and they didn’t have ready rooms. half of our rooms were either not operational or unclean and they treated us like we are the ones at fault. Dinner was bad and they served half the plates although it was all paid for. The next day they asked us to leave and didn’t even help us with the bags.

Except for the power failure two or three times, the resort amenities and facilities are up to our expectations. The food served is excellent and tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend the place for those who prefer serenity and meditation.
