A very, very long wait… We waited for the MRI; our appointment was at 8:30. We went in after waiting for 3.5 hours, and there were people ahead of us who, to our surprise, had also been waiting for 5 or 6 hours. This is in addition to the fact that we left without receiving the report, of course, or even the X-ray image!!! And the treatment at reception was extremely strange and rude; they didn’t understand anything!!!

The place is awful, and the reception staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They’re also total scammers. They took my money in cash and also took my security deposit, and they refused to give me a refund. May God punish them!
