I found this clinic through social media and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. I specifically asked about the treatment prices before my appointment, but the receptionist told me that there were no fixed prices and that the cost would only be determined after the doctor decided on the treatment.
In my experience, every other clinic I’ve visited has been clear and upfront about their pricing, even if the final cost depends on the treatment plan. Not having any price information beforehand made me feel uncomfortable and uncertain. It raises concerns about transparency and makes me think twice about returning in the future.
I hope the clinic improves its pricing policy by providing patients with clear estimates before consultations.
The only reason I am giving this clinic 2 stars is because of Dr. Norhan. She was honest, and I truly appreciated her professionalism.

She really knows what she is doing and have a great way in explaining the treatment
