I wanted to buy a guitar as a gift, while being clueless about musical instruments in general.
Mohamed was extremely helpful (and patient lol), addressing all my questions and providing guidance with all the needed information to pick the right thing.
He did also help with bringing in the item from a different branch, making it more convenient (instead of heading to Cairo specially for that)
