An environment of mean girls, literally. The receptionist has no respect and most of the girls there have an attitude and they can’t respect the elderly. One of them scratched my phone screen and 2 of them kept whispering about me and laughing as if I wasn’t standing there. I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and filed a refund on the same day and they said I’d have my money in 3 days and when I called afterwards they said it’s not processed yet and when I asked how long it’ll take the girl was so annoyed and said she doesn’t know and someone will contact me when it’s ready. For a whole month noone contacted me so I had to call them and they said they’ll ask about it, a few days later I called again of course since they’re too busy to attend to customers and had them give me my money back and they didn’t refund me the full amount because of “management expenses” as if there is any sort of management there. Imagine that’s all from the reception, I wonder how much worse it could get in there. I do not recommend at all.
Of course, the gym is very large. However, Anwar El Mofty Street is extremely crowded from beginning to end, and from Abbas Street to Rabia Hospital, the road is in terrible condition, full of potholes, bumps, and speed bumps. Overall, the place is good and has a loyal customer base.

The service was terrible, all the good coaches who were there left, the new trainers don’t understand anything, and the place is unbelievably crowded.
