A disastrous and unsafe experience. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company. The employees are completely lacking in honesty, professionalism, and basic manners. A valuable brand-name knife was stolen from my home, and when I confronted her, she brazenly and callously told me, “It’s just a knife, and I’ll buy you a set!” She also damaged the bathroom exhaust fan by carelessly washing the walls without my request, causing an electrical short circuit and a power outage that lasted for over three hours. Shockingly and shamefully, she verbally abused me, saying, “You have a cleanliness obsession,” in a highly vulgar manner. The company management shirked responsibility; they only compensated me for the knife after intense pressure and completely refused to cover the cost of the damaged exhaust fan and electrical repairs. This company has no respect for its customers; its employees steal and abuse homeowners, and its management evades providing compensation.

Not recommended at all the service I have received from this company was nothing but terrible. They had to come out twice then on the second time I asked them to call me before leaving as I went to the store as soon as I left they left right away and did not complete the cleaning properly. There was marks everywhere especially on the floor. I do not recommend the model. Stay away from this company is going to be a way to your time.

This company arrived very quickly for an urgent request, fulfilled all the terms of the deal, the ladies were very kind and tidy, and the apartment was spotless afterward. Thank you so much.
