Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended. The place is not clean, and the service is sub-zero. I ordered a mango juice, but it was awful and full of peels. When I told the waiter I didn’t want it and would still pay for it, he brought it back anyway, ignored my request, and kept trying to convince me it was excellent as if nothing was wrong!
The atmosphere inside the cafe is so chaotic that it feels like you are sitting right inside a kitchen. I even overheard the kitchen staff disrespectfully telling the waiter, “The customer doesn’t know anything; the drink is excellent and there’s nothing wrong with it.”
The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional, and the manager was entirely useless—having no control over the staff or the ability to handle the situation. A terrible experience that will never be repeated

Honestly, one of the worst cafe
experiences I’ve had. The service was a complete mess from start to finish.
I ordered a coffee that was simply forgotten it arrived a full hour later. Then I tried to order a fruit salad and was told it wasn’t available. The waiter offered to bring me a cheesecake topped with fruit instead, so I agreed.
What came out first was a molten cake completely wrong order. I sent it back and reminded him I had asked for cheesecake with fruit. He then brought a cheesecake topped with Nutella.
When I pointed out that he had specifically promised fruit, he admitted there was no fruit available and that he had decided on his own to swap it for Nutella without telling me.
No apology, no heads-up, no attempt to check with me before changing my order. Forgotten drinks, wrong dishes, and a waiter who quietly substitutes ingredients without permission. Whoever is managing this place needs to seriously retrain the staff. I won’t be back

Recommended before 2 pm or around sunset. Between 2 and sunset, the sun will grill you in the summer

Location is great and it a good place for large groups. Coffee and hot chocolate were good. Chicken zinger sandwich was okay but I didn’t like the bread. It wasn’t fresh. Other than that staff was friendly and they answered our questions. Prices were good. They also offered us free zalabya.

Good service,clean, not bad, fresh food, just only one thing is bad: food is not tasty. Chicken Alfredo was too much cooked, and nothing special like in cheap fastfood place at list not bad, lasagna with lequid souse, not so nice but is ok to eat one time. But I liked the drinks I ordered louts frappe it was nice
