The hammam was really nice and the girl professional, the massage not so much as I asked for a specific oil, the girl said yes then used parrafine anyways while trying to hide it 😅 She also went on directly from my feet to my face with that same Parrafyne oil without bothering to wash her hands
Easy to find. Initially, a bit hostile during negotiations over the price (more than I quoted). However, it was a nice experience. The owner (a very tall man who sat in reception) was very accommodating and friendly. I would go again.
had a wonderful experience at Hammam El Saraya. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff. The team is welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The services are top quality and delivered with great care. Highly recommended!
Hard gel service was the worst. They don’t have professional tools needed for perfect hard gel nails
Lack of organisation workers their wanted to leave the place as soon as they finished their shift noting that I still have some items pending on my package to complete
They kept on discussing who is going to carry on with my package while I was there
Unprofessional behaviour until receptionist came and sorted it our her name was Pansee she was very friendly and helpful
I would never use their service once again even my husband had the worst experience with males salon they were Unprofessional too
Location wabour el maya and my husband was at fouad street store
If there were a way to give zero stars, this place would deserve it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that hygiene and professionalism are foreign concepts here. The massage room smelled awful, the sheets were stained, and when I asked for a clean one, I was told, “That’s not dirt, it’s just hair dye.”
Right — because nothing says “relaxation” like lying on someone else’s hair dye stains. Apparently, expecting a clean sheet is too much to ask for.
The room itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day — trash on the floor, a bed that reeked of sweat, and a general sense that no one cared. The masseur wore rubber gloves the entire time, which made the experience feel like plastic tearing through my skin instead of a massage. He didn’t ask about pressure, areas of pain, or literally anything you’d expect from a professional. After only 40 minutes of torture (out of the 60 minutes I paid for), he said we were done. Honestly? I was relieved. I’d rather lose twenty minutes of my money than endure another minute of THAT.
Then came the so-called manicure, which was done in about three minutes with unsterilized tools. He didn’t clean, buff, or disinfect anything — just hacked at my nails and called it a day. The result looked like something I could’ve done myself in under two minutes, and with cleaner tools.
The staff were unfriendly, indifferent, and made it very clear they didn’t want to be there. I walked out more stressed, irritated, and disgusted than when I arrived.
Do yourself a favor — go literally anywhere else. This place is the definition of how a spa should never be run.
