If I can give zero, I will do that. No privacy, no tools cleaning or sterilization therefore I got a fungal infection in my foot nail because of that. Not all the working staff are professional. I paid alot there and finally I am disappointed. I made hair filler also and my hair odor turned very Strange and bad for 6 months. My Husband got Hamam Emaraty there and he saw a Cockroach in the jacuzzi. All the place has smoking odor which is uncomfortable. No towels for Hamam, only bathrobes which are moist and smell very bad. Very low hygiene.

Very disappointing experience.
I visited for a Moroccan bath treatment and was shocked by the poor hygiene standards. The ceiling had visible mold due to moisture, the corners were covered with spider webs, and the curtains had mold and dirt buildup at the bottom.
For a spa and wellness facility, cleanliness should be a top priority. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the place made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. No customer should have to pay for a relaxing treatment in an environment that appears so poorly maintained.
I sincerely hope management addresses these issues and improves their cleaning and maintenance standards. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Very unprofessional environment. Staff were arguing with each other and making inappropriate remarks about customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service was poor, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

The staff is nice and the place is relaxing. However, when I ask about the cleanliness of the hair brushes/combs, they told me they get washed and deeply sanitized after each customer. I then saw the hairdresser remove hair from the broth from a previous customer before using it on my hair, which showed I was lied to.
