Staff are trying their best to keep the place clean. Customers are disgusting and make the place uncomfortable and unbearable. Management has no control on the type of people working out there. No rules or regulations and absolutely no respect.
I thought for the first couple of months that it was somewhat decent and disregarded the minor mishaps. They’re not minor they just have a disgusting clientele base that keeps ruining the place. Zero accountability. Horrible place.
This is one of those premium model gyms that act like they’re the gatekeepers of something special.
Avoid the staff ego and sign up somewhere else where the staff/owners are proud to have you as a member and don’t let their fake trainer titles get to their head.
The business model is nothing new. You’ll see this all over the world where the staff is taken advantage of and mentally played with. Usually young kids who think earning the title means something.
The business model teaches the staff to be selective and im sure there’s an abusive structure between the “titles” of the staff working here where the lead seller looks down on the maintenence staff.
It’s a business, I wish them the best. But they should do better with their reception.
There’s about 20 local gyms in the area, support those small businesses. Many don’t offer saunas or steam rooms but from the looks of the reviews the ones here aren’t properly maintained. (Maybe if reception was better you’d have 40%+ more business and more expendable income for maintenance) you already pay them anyways and you’re here to extract as much money out of your clients why not invest in proper welcoming training?
I walked in absolutely ready to be sold on a membership but the bad taste in my mouth from the inflated egos and sheer unprofessional from staff made me look elsewhere.
It is a bit expensive for the service they are offering and how the hygiene measures are.
I used a daily pass as i am traveling, the people on the reception are very friendly.
Positive things: machines are okay, atmosphere is good.
To be improved: dumbbells need maintenance and also to be cleaned. The areas need more attention to be cleaned and at least put sprays or cleaning towels to wipe machines after. Or ask all the attendees to use towels.
Showerrooms are okay but the steam sauna area and the sauna has no one single hygiene instruction, this is very bad, every single person who get in any should take mandatory shower and use clean towerl, like any other gym in the world. People in Egypt don’t pay attention to these very important hygiene measures. Please apply these for all your customers, you have potential to be a better place.
I paid 350,- for daily pass with only Sauna 60 degrees i only saw the steam sauna which costs 100,- but it is very dirty so i would not recommend. Daily pass without sauna cost 250,-. EGP
Overall good experience but lots of improvement in hygiene can take place. Overall better than other gyms who smells bad, in this one because good air ventilation from the location it was ok.
Excellent gym for real training.
Clean facilities, good ventilation, and a respectful crowd. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym offers everything you need for strength and fitness training.
It’s very clean, well equipped and it’s staff and goers are great people. The environment overall encourages you to stick to working out. I’ve been working out there since their new opening late 2020 and still.
