Out of all my expectations in the way of delivering purchased items. I bough a stand for my office desk for a value of LE 6630, which is quite expensive for Astana yo the desk. The staff asked me to pick it it up from the store in the nearby area not from the showroom. I received it in a very disrupted torn box, part in this lacerated box and other part outside the box. Unbelievably, They gave me the screws in my hands. When I asked about the catalog for installation, the store staff replied there is nothing like thus( which is not true for sure). The newly purchased items had some scratches. As I have to leave for travel issue I take it. I rate this time service as ONE STAR and I am truly disappointed. I USED TO BE a customer, this is my last. We pay for a value which I did not get.
