The staff are always very friendly and professional. We go there all the time for grooming with Mahmoud he’s so gentle with them and for check ups with Dr Rawan she’s always very patient with any questions you have while being detail oriented in the information given.
For the reception staff Nourhan, Somia, and Khloud they’re always happy to see our dog they literally treat him like their dog which makes us feel easy leaving him with them.
Lastly the cleaning team are always on top of it they’re also very friendly.

i went to the clinic today expecting good outcomes since ive shaved my cat for 2 years here but to my surprise the pet groomers today were very very very unrprofessional and handled my cat really roughly. Its to the point my cat almost choked and they still continued to hold him down eventhough i asked them to stop many times and the head person denied my request and insisted to continue. The outcome of the shaving was so bad its to the point my cat had a wound on his leg. I am really sure that my cat was uncomfortable because for the past 2 years , he was silent and the handler was gentle and cared for him really well. To confirm my point, i saw the owner of the dog before me was also disappointed by the grooming. To the ppl working on 21st april during night shift, i hope that u will learn proper care of an animal and that the head of department look into this matter. I hope this will not repeat to other pets as i will tell about this experience to everyone that i know of and not to come here for grooming.
