The dark Shadow
Unfortunately, this medical clinic has a terrible system and treatment of patients. You have to transfer half the consultation fee a day before your appointment, and if you forget or something comes up, they cancel the appointment and you have to book again. If you change your appointment, they take the money back, as if telling you not to come again. Their excuse is that it’s their system and it can’t be changed. Is this how they treat human, mental health patients who need care and to be treated well? I absolutely do not recommend it.

I explained the details of my illness, and after the doctor understood my symptoms and prescribed medication, I didn’t adhere to it completely and explained why. Then the doctor prescribed a much higher dose, as if it were a punishment!
There’s absolutely no understanding of the patient’s condition or mental state. It was a terrible experience. Furthermore, the clinic’s fee is 500 for a consultation and 200 for a follow-up appointment; they don’t have a follow-up system!
This means I have to pay for another consultation after every two weeks…
