Absolute best place to get spices in Cairo. No bargaining, no hassle, only fixed prices and lovely people. We got a huge bag of spices of about 3kg for only 600 pounds (a pit less than 10 USD) vs 300g for 45 USD we got in a touristy spice store (the one guides take you to). Don’t waste your time in touristy places or the market. Come straight here, you’ll get the best price for super fresh spices.

Cool spot for herbs and seeds, contains a variety of exotic herbs and strangely named stuff. Almost had a feel. Of a museum of some sort. Organized and well mentained. Has an extension in the back works as a cashier and herbal mixtures and formula for hair! So cool
