I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, consistently paying higher prices for what I believed was reliable quality. Unfortunately, my latest experience was extremely disappointing.

I ordered two sandwiches online, and both were of very poor quality—far below the usual standard. I submitted a complaint and was waiting for a proper response, expecting that a place like this would handle the situation professionally.

Despite that, I visited the branch again while my complaint was still pending, trusting that my issue would be taken seriously. Instead, I was completely ignored. No real action was taken, and the only response I received was a request for photos and a 15% discount—which is not a solution.

Refusing to address a valid complaint simply because there is no photo shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for loyal customers.

This experience reflects very poorly on the management and overall service. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place anymore.

Even though I love spicy food, this was my first time trying Nashville chicken, and I didn’t really know what to expect. That’s why I chose the medium spice level, and it honestly felt just right for me.
The chicken tasted really good, and the portions were generous for the price. I also tried two sauces: spicy honey and cheese.
This definitely won’t be my last time — next time I’ll try different options and sauces, and I’m excited to try the Nashville shrimp as well.

I rarely find a place that serves good fried chicken specifically the Nashville fried chicken that isn’t oily from inside, spices are great and they have a spectrum of spice levels according to your tolerance , sadly not all sauces were available last time I visited but I really recommend getting pieces and trying different sauces , I tried most if not all sauces and pieces even the creamy onion and the cheese one. A must try for chicken and spicy lovers
