There is no credibility, and I do not recommend it. In short, one of the showroom employees inspected some old furniture in my apartment and valued it at 50,000 Egyptian pounds. However, he didn’t move it to the showroom at the time, claiming there was an auction a week later. Ten days after the inspection, and the night before the furniture was due to be moved, I was surprised to receive a call from the showroom confirming the move for the following morning. They informed me that I would have to pay 30,000 Egyptian pounds instead of 50,000, claiming that “the market is slow, and this would result in a loss.” This is despite the fact that it was the same person who inspected the furniture only ten days prior, demonstrating the lack of professionalism of the place. Due to time constraints and personal circumstances, I was forced to accept the lower price.
