It’s a respectable place and the people there are very nice. Dr. Ehab is very skilled, a true professor, and the nursing director is a good woman. Everyone there, even the receptionist, is lovely.

There are no receipts issued by the clinic.
There’s no detailed report on any sample or embryo. Since these aren’t available, they’re well aware of potential errors and are trying to avoid them. I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with this center, even if the doctor is skilled, because they could also be deceived. Even if someone has had a successful procedure (and I’m not one of them), I still wouldn’t recommend this place.

The center is terrible and I don’t recommend dealing with it. It feels like you’re in a fish market. I paid 22,000 and didn’t even get a receipt. The reception staff were awful, and the nurses were completely unprofessional, very loud and annoying, and incredibly rude. The bathrooms are public toilets, and the rooms don’t have bathrooms, not even sanitizer or tissues in the rooms or bathrooms. My baby was top-quality, yet she died in the incubator at the lab.
