This hotel has a great view of the pyramids. Staffs are friendly and their service is superb. We booked 3 beds room and it was clean. Only the toilet door is noisy when you try to open and close it. Overall we had good experience and will recommend this hotel

I felt these people as nice. They were warm and welcoming. The location is great and rooms were of high quality. One negative is, Ahmed arranged Sugar Queen as our guide, but she was tired and didn’t come with us all places. She also took us to many shopping places unnecessarily. Also didn’t let us have lunch first day.

The rooftop restaurant offers an incredible view of the Giza Pyramid Complex and the Great Sphinx of Giza. The scenery is truly stunning and undoubtedly one of the best views in the area.
The food at the restaurant is excellent, including the buffet, and the overall setup is cozy and welcoming. The music at night adds a great atmosphere to the experience.
One downside is that the entire Giza area has a noticeable camel manure smell, and this hotel area is no exception.
The rooms are average, including the washrooms, and some rooms do not have windows.

I rarely write reviews, and when I do the place is either amazing or its trash. What an amazing hotel and equally amazing staff. Go to the roof top restaurant with views of the great pryamids and the sphinx. We had that same view from our room, waking up each day with that view was absolute poetry. Samir was a tremendous host helping us setup our guide and tours on day one. Our guide Achmed and driver Autif were friendly and kept us safe the whole time we were on tours. You will not find a better hotel with a better view especially for the price, highly recommended.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location: a great view from the rooftop terrace and only 50 meters from the entrance to the pyramids. But that’s about it. The room is okay and the bathroom definitely needs some maintenance, but the overall service and cleanliness in the rooftop restaurant are terrible. Not a single reasonably clean seat cushion. The tables were not wiped and were greasy. The service staff was friendly, but the basic professional skills were not very well developed. There was no noticeable management or supervision. Only Ms. S. seemed to make a real effort.
We arrived at 4 p.m., and after an hour someone finally came—after we called for them—and asked what we wanted. We were given two dirty menus and ordered Pepsi with a burger and fries. The Pepsi arrived after 15 minutes, and the rest came another 30 minutes later.
When we arrived, we were almost the only guests there, yet there were six employees standing around, four of them on their mobile phones. Our request for ketchup took another five minutes. The employee who took the order came to the table chewing and holding a slice of pizza in his hand.
The food itself was the most expensive and the worst we had in Egypt. The excuse for everything was that it is Ramadan.
