The owner responded to me:

I didn’t advise you, threaten the center, or blackmail it. I’m simply expressing my honest and free opinion after actually dealing with the center, and I have proof of that. I haven’t and won’t infringe on women’s rights. It’s your center that’s violating women’s rights. The staff there clearly have significant psychological issues with married women. The proof is that all the center’s patients are single, and most of the staff are divorced or single. You haven’t addressed the strange number of men working in a place entirely dedicated to treating female patients. I’d also like to add that the staff there are discriminatory towards women wearing headscarves, not to mention the way the center’s therapists respond and treat patients (images of their messages and insulting replies are available).

It was a terrible experience. The center is just as materialistic as any other place. There’s no doctor named Iman there, and there aren’t any doctors at the center at all. All the staff are recovering addicts and drug users. There’s no oversight or supervision from the Ministry of Health. The center has very expensive commercial projects within its premises (market, laundry, pharmacy). Many of the staff at the center are men, not women, which is a very serious issue. Even the female staff are mostly divorced or single, which creates significant psychological pressure on them regarding any married patient. Accommodation at the center is extremely expensive considering the standard of accommodation and services provided.

The cost of the detoxification process is unbearable. I have personally dealt with the center, and I speak the truth, and God is my witness.

This is one of the best clinics I’ve ever dealt with, especially Dr. Iman Abdel Hamid. Her ethics, excellent service, and the peace of mind she provides are truly remarkable.
