My problem with them isn’t the terrible crowds or the staff’s attitude… My problem is that I submitted the paperwork and they told me to come back the next day to pick up the birth certificate. Because of work, I traveled to Cairo and sent someone to collect it, but they told him it wasn’t possible; the father had to sign. Why didn’t anyone tell me, while I was standing right there in front of them, that I needed to sign? Why did I have to come all the way from Cairo to Alexandria because an employee forgot?!
It’s the height of negligence.

It serves a large number of patients, so it’s always busy.
All children in the area receive their vaccinations at this center.
All death certificates for residents of the area are issued by this center.
All birth certificates are issued by this center.
In case of any epidemic, residents of the area go to the center for necessary procedures.
It needs improvement.
