Very disappointed and frustrated with Bakery Health (Al Roken Al Sehy).
I tried to place an order through WhatsApp as shown on their menu. I sent a clear list of products I wanted, but I received zero response. I messaged them again, still nothing. I even called them twice by phone, and no one answered or called me back.
I haven’t tried their products yet, so I can’t comment on the quality of the bread or items. However, the customer service is extremely poor. How can a business completely ignore customer messages and calls? Even if they were busy, basic communication and follow-up is expected.
Unfortunately, this experience has put me off completely. I will not be ordering from them or dealing with this place again. Very unprofessional.
