This place is unfit to deal with humans or animals, I swear to God, and not even a doctor. After two months, my brain report came out completely different, showing a cerebrospinal fluid cyst and a pituitary gland obstruction. It suddenly appeared, even though it was a brain scan and the initial report showed my brain was fine. How did the gland become so thin in two months? Nobody knows. All that matters to Mr. Mohamed Khaled, HR, is that the place doesn’t get shut down. Lives don’t matter, only the place and the animal in the reception upstairs threw papers in my face because the report wasn’t complete and didn’t explain anything. Besides the mistakes he wrote in this report, and the fact that the case is serious, they’re downplaying people’s pain. For two months, I’ve been going from doctor to doctor, and in the end, we discover that the intracranial pressure is high and the pituitary gland is retaining cerebrospinal fluid. The percentage of cerebrospinal fluid and the size of the cyst aren’t mentioned. It’s clear that the people working there are technicians, not qualified doctors. May God hold them accountable! And that’s not even mentioning the scam. I had an MRI of my sinuses, and they didn’t even mention it. People should save themselves and leave this garbage center. I filed a complaint in 2026. The Ministry of Health is complicit and ready for administrative oversight. This is a waste of public funds and a disregard for human life. May God hold you accountable.
