I had my hair treated with argan. They then recommended an additional moisturizing treatment for my scalp, but did not mention any prices, as they referred to a package included with the argan treatment. However, when it came to payment, I was charged 4000 EGP instead of 3500 EGP for the argan treatment, and for the moisturizing treatment they initially mentioned 700 EGP, which suddenly became 750 EGP. On top of that, they claimed the package was not valid and charged everything separately although they mentioned the package in the beginning.
The receptionist was very rude and insisted that she had never mentioned 700 EGP, which is simply not true. And the owners even tried to shift the blame onto me for their lack of transparency in pricing and assumed that money doesn’t matter to me, so there was no need to communicate prices clearly—an extremely ignorant and superficial attitude.
Another issue is the equipment they use. Their hair straighteners are very worn out, so they constantly had to pause to let them cool down to prevent overheating. The Teflon coating was so scratched that product residue kept sticking to it, forcing them to clean it repeatedly before continuing. The entire workspace only had three combs, which they rotated between customers, merely removing a few hair residues in between.
Perhaps you should consider renewing your equipment and paying more attention to hygiene before treating paying customers disrespectfully simply for not accepting random charges.

Very nice staff and beautiful salon. I went for a wash using silver shampoo and a blowout. The color changed from light brown to a grey. I was not happy with the result after I left. The blow out was okay, no volume or anything but I told her it’s her choice so I can’t blame her for that. I am displeased with the outcome of the color I’ll have to go back to my original stylist and fix it.

I went to this place before my wedding to get a Moroccan bath and a massage just like any bride would But honestly you turned my life into a nightmare On my wedding day I found my entire body covered in red spots like an infection exactly in all the areas where your equipment touched my skin I spent my whole honeymoon trying to treat it and I was disgusted by the way my body looked I couldn’t even let my husband see me because of you If I hadn’t traveled to Cairo and been far away I swear I would’ve your place shut
