Very bad experience with Hediya electric scooters. The scooter was barely used when it started showing an error. I already paid 3,800 EGP to replace the controller, and now the same problem happened again and they are asking me to pay another 3,800 EGP for another controller.
Very disappointing quality, especially for a scooter that was barely used. I do not recommend buying electric scooters from Hediya.

Very bad service i ordered from messaging them on WhatsApp and they made me pay for the things and keep and mind the things that i ordered are in high demand they told me the order will take two days and it still didn’t come and then i kept messaging them and messaging them they left me on seen and didn’t answer me after 5 days i still don’t have it they called me and told me those things are out of sale AND I PAYED!!! They just didn’t take care of my order or anything DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO SO BAD

Good variety of toys especially for girls. There’s not a lot of toys options for boys especially older boys above 7 years. The prices are higher comparing to other stores especially during annual celebrations. Overall, a good destination for kids toys.
