I’ve been visiting the clinic for over 7 years and to say they do a phenomenal job is an understatement. We’ve had massive challenge finding dentistry to work with our children (ASD) and thankfully, we came across HelioDental—the entire staff has been accommodating for our needs and goes over and beyond to ensure we and our children are accommodated for. I would highly recommend the clinic for adults and children, this is quality and care you won’t find else where—and we live in Europe. They always take the time to explain every procedure, answer my questions, and make sure I understand my treatment options before moving forward. Believe me… I have MANY questions.
As someone with a real fear of dental work, this has made all the difference. The dentists are incredibly patient, never rush me, explain everything step by step, and are as flexible as possible to help me feel comfortable. That level of compassion is rare and means so much to me.
Over the past two years, I have had dental surgery, root canals, fillings, crowns, and other treatments, and every experience has been excellent. The quality of their work has been consistently outstanding, and I have never had any issues.

The clinics are modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Another thing I truly appreciate as a foreigner is their honesty and transparency with pricing. Their fees are reasonable and clearly established and do not change because of my nationality or passport. I always know exactly what treatment I’m receiving and what it will cost, which allows me to make informed decisions without worrying about unexpected price changes.

Having two branches also makes it much easier to find appointments that fit my schedule.

One final note: Dr. Ahmed is easily among the top three dentists I have ever had. In fact, I choose to travel from Boston, Massachusetts, USA, to Egypt for my dental care because I trust the quality of the work and the exceptional care I receive at Helio Dental Clinics more than simply going to a local dentist back home. A great clinic with a wonderful friendly stuff. Everyone is so professional. It’s clean and comfortable. Appointments are made easily and there is usually no waiting time at the actual visit. Highly recommended for a good dental clinic in new cairo.
