The worst hairdresser I’ve ever seen! The girl convinced me to get a treatment called “Magic,” saying it doesn’t straighten hair, it just tames frizz. My hair turned out looking like a Japanese woman’s—no shape, no volume. She tried to fix my hair color and put on a dye that burned my scalp… I’m never going back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very bad experience today, zero understanding of customer satisfsction. I said 10 times I want a particular look of my hair and the miss Rasha insisted on doing what she wants. The result is terrible. They made me pay 3000 Euro for nothing

Skilled and professional coiffure. Gives you exactly the style you ask for and when not sure he can pick something that would look good on you. Staff are friendly helpful. You may want to go couple hours early since waiting line is long which’s why I wish we could do a reservation.

Everyone says the best is Hema Joe!!! But what a shame!!! Trusted him to do keratin/protein for my hair, not sure if the product was fake or what he put in my hair!! As soon as I went back home my hair was constantly falling out losing almost half off my hair!!! Seriously what a shame after making a name for yourself. I want a full refund.

The place looked clean and well decorated, but the hairdresser that did my mum’s hair completely ruined it. We asked for a Bob and she came out with a pixie cut. We told them this was not what we asked for but still had to pay full price. Not skilled at all.
