The place is respectable from the reception to the doctors, and their service is excellent. The place is very clean, and the equipment is clean. I would like to thank Dr. Ahmed El-Maghazy and Dr. Hala for their refined and respectful treatment and follow-up.

Service level is ok but waiting time varies between 30-60 minutes which is not acceptable for people with packed schedule. Since the service is appointment based and not first come first service then waiting time should not exceed 15 minutes.
Personally I had 2 appointments in a span of 2 months and I was delayed in both but for the second one I had to leave after waiting for 30 minutes and was told it’s another 20 minutes to start. I’ll probably never come back.
