If the cost of your purchase is 399, then you will receive a check for 403. For the package. And without even asking I need it or no, they just silently include it in the price 😁 This is the first time has happened to me

This store as opposed to the Semouha branch has efficient and fast service the cashier is quick and helpful the only reason I didn’t give five stars is because you can not find employee on floor

I made a hefty purchase from this store. Upon opening my bag after coming home I noticed the socks still has security tags on, the system did not ring on the way out. Nonetheless it rung when I came back 2 days later with the socks, I explained to the security guard my situation and he dealt with me with the upmost respect only to hand me off and have me explain my situation to a H&M employee who didn’t seem interested in what I had to say and made up his mind pretty quickly that I had stolen said item and proceeded to insinuate that I had stolen these socks in front of what seemed like the entire staff of men who he were all gathered at the middle of the store. HIs bravado and demeanour towards me was completely uncalled for. Absolutely unprofessional. It isn’t my job to ensure the tags are taken care of. Do your job properly instead of traumatizing innocent customers.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! They had put big red price tags on an entire rack of shirts and when I had gone to the cash he said the price was 100LE higher. I argued that I should get the shirt for the price it said it was and the manager (who was on his phone the whole time) said it wasn’t his fault that they ran out of the original price tag. I ended up leaving frustrated without the shirt. I have been to H&M’s in Canada, America and Egypt and I will say that this one was by far the worst. I do not recommend you go to this location.
