This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
• Security & Trust: Do not leave your belongings in the room. Items will be stolen or damaged by housekeeping, and the hotel management does nothing to address complaints—they defend the staff instead.
• Cleanliness: Absolutely no hygiene standards. On my first night, I found the toilet full of urine.
• Internet: The Wi-Fi is useless. You have to wait up to 12 hours just to get someone to manually enter the password on your device.
• Guest Treatment: The staff have no idea how to treat guests. If you leave the hotel carrying a bag, security will stop you and force you to show your ID before letting you out.
Overall, this place is unsafe, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding it at all costs. You will regret it by one mean or another.

Got here to attend a seminar/ interview in the nearby Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) in the Administrative Engineers Tower which is about 29 minutes maximum away on foot. The hotel is next to Al-Nabila Hotel, but less in prices and has a great value for money. I paid 1,150 EGP for a night on a back room which was peaceful and quiet in the 7th floor.

This was the worst hotel experience i had in my entire life. It’s very very old, smelly and dirty. We stayed 3 days in this hotel and out room was never cleaned, bath towels never changed( we had two towels for two persons). On the third day we went to the manager to ask why our room was never cleaned and he told us that they are having problems( did not specified what kind of problems). We had to argue with them to get our room cleaned. The staff at the reception has a very bad English so it was very hard to comunicate with them. They told us that the breakfast was included and the next morning when we went to have breakfast they sent us away because it wasn’t included.
Worst experience in my life. Please stay away from this hotel

If I could give zero stars I would as this is definitely not a hotel! Staff were so rude and wanted to see our marriage certificate during check in. I advised them that westerners do not carry this around when travelling. Also did not have hot water in the room for 24 hours. Breakfast was OK but staff constantly following us around the buffet.
