The food is nice how ever its dissappointing tbe service with low welcoming abilities slow order and low and slow dine in pick up service. I used to eat there since tgey started and i regretly see a major degradation in this branch service .

Will NEVER come again!
We just had lunch at the Smouha branch and the restaurant was almost empty, we ordered two meals and after 30 whole minutes the meals appeared only to be almost cold. I don’t even know why they needed 30 minutes to serve two meals in an empty restaurant. It was as if both meals were already ready an hour ago. Evn the fries was cold. The only thing acceptable were the drinks that were cold and out of the fridge.
Too bad that a good tasting food would undergo such a bad service. First and LAST time here!

Food was perfect, i ordered the benchmark sandwich combo, with fries and onion rings and V cola. It was very delicious, but my only problem was that we waited SO LONG until the food came

Great service, no wait, great food.
The place itself has a chill night mood to it, very nice.
My favourite burger place, even available on Talabat.
