This company has no credibility. We booked Umrah and were shocked upon arrival to find they had changed our hotels to lower-quality, filthy ones. In Mecca, the rooms were incredibly dirty, the bathrooms were filthy and broken, everything leaked, even the toilet, which smelled awful no matter how much it was cleaned. We asked to change rooms, and they kept saying “yes, sir” and “okay” for six days until we finally left. In Medina, we were shocked to find they had booked us into different hotels than the ones we agreed on. They’re trying to force us to stay there, claiming there was a booking mix-up and that they’ll change the rooms to the hotels listed in the advertisement. We contacted the police, and the Saudi agent found out about their scheme and threatened to stop them. We’re still stuck in this mess, waiting to see how it will be resolved. I’ll file a complaint as soon as I get back to Egypt because of the lies, fraud, and mistreatment we endured. We had elderly people with us who were exhausted from waiting and suffering.
