We had a wonderful experience at this location.
Mr. Said and his team went above and beyond to help us create beautiful chocolate gift baskets for our entire family. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. The quality of the chocolates was excellent, the presentation was lovely, and the prices were very reasonable for what we received. Thanks to their great service and attention to detail, the whole process was easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality chocolates and outstanding customer service. The best place in Egypt. I mean the best if you love chocolate that’s your place.

I tried this branch twice but each time the experience was different. The staff are polite. The branch is big with a nice outdoor seating area. The prices are kinda high for the fact that They don’t maintain the good quality of drinks which is disappointing. I ordered Spanish latte and it was amazing in the first visit but it was a disaster during the second visit. I was drinking iced milk with zero taste of coffee. I didn’t finish it and went to another coffee shop after that to have a better taste of coffee.
As for desserts, I tried lotus cheesecake and caramel mousse with coffee creme brulee. They had a unique taste and they weren’t too sweet. I hope they keep this quality and try to improve the coffee again. Hopefully it would be better during the next visit.
