If you’re looking for a banking experience that caters to premier customers, HSBC might not be your best bet. While the staff is friendly and competent, the branch tends to get overwhelmingly busy, particularly for premier customers seeking personalized service. With only two staff members dedicated to handling premier clients, wait times can be frustratingly long. However, if you’re willing to endure the occasional wait, HSBC offers decent banking services with a personal touch. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours.
