The service is terrible. There’s no one available to resolve any issues. I placed an order on October 24, 2025, and it’s now June 2026 and I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer service and visited the branch dozens of times, but my problem remains unresolved. I even sent an email, but received no response. How can a large company like this have no one available to handle the situation? I contacted customer service again today, and again, there’s no solution for receiving my order. I do not recommend dealing with them in the future. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection.
