The bathroom broke down twice in four months, and I paid more for repairs than it was worth.

The worst after-sales service and warranty scam. They demand money to come and provide a report even though the product is under warranty, and it takes them a month to answer the phone.
I honestly advise everyone to stay away from them and buy any other product from companies that respect their customers.
