This is my first time trying this Salon. I did not like my hair much and also I just did my nails and I’m still at the mall and look at the color. I’m disappointed.

Went in to bleach my hair. Ramy left my hair in the foil for 5 hours. Every time I told someone to check and that I think it’s enough, they say no. My hair became so dry, cut off, and just extremely damaged.
To make it worse, I came in the next day to complain about my hair being completely ruined and Ramy was extremely rude and ignorant. Saying things like “Well what do you want me to do?” And didn’t apologize or care at all. Horrible customer service and experience, overall.
I also paid nearly 9k EGP for this service, just to have my hair completely damaged.
I spent over a year getting my hair healthy and now it’s completely BURNT AND FRIED and he did not care at all.

The worst experience ever!! I wanted to make my eyebrows & the girl bruised me really bad with no actual results on hair removal. I can’t believe they didn’t even suggest to cancel the fees for the mess she made. I paid 200 for being bruised!!! WORST SALON.

Very rude staff: was checking the sink before I sit to wash my hair and then explained to the person who was going to wash my hair that sometimes there is hair or dye colors in the sink that’s why I checked, as I was sitting down he thought i didn’t see him he started mimicking me to his colleague and rolling his eyes and making faces, i simply asked for a different person to wash my hair. Also they’re inconsistent in prices. Even the receptionist charged me 300 for the braids I made then the other one came told him no it’s 500, so he added + 200 as shown on receipt; which is really overpriced for the service I have done there!! I went with a hair mask on had them wash it off and then asked for braids for my very short hair, and no blow dry even just my hair as is. No idea what exactly cost me 500 LE. As I was leaving two nail technicians standing at the door, smoking a cigarette were gossiping loudly about my pants and one is saying “I don’t understand what is this long slit on the side, very big opening.”! Not sure who owns this place but they sure run a salon full of rude & unprofessional people. I visited this place a few times on very long intervals; each time when I am at CFC and no time to go anywhere else and always reminded why I really don’t like going there.
