Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, and the service was terrible. If you buy something from them and think about returning it, forget it; they don’t have a return policy. And unfortunately, the defects aren’t visible while you’re in the store because the material is extremely poor, even though the price is close to that of a brand name. The quality is awful, but I’d repeat the experience. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I received the blouse and it shrunk a lot. I contacted them and they said they would have it checked for quality, but after 20 days they told me it didn’t shrink and to file a complaint with consumer protection. Their attitude was incredibly rude.
