Inas Khedr hair salon

I went to get a hair treatment and I wanna say the results are already so good not to mention the great service and friendly staff there.. definitely going to visit again inshallah 🤍

My friend and I both visited this hair salon on the same day, just at different times. We only had a simple service done — a blow-dry followed by styling with a flat iron.

It has now been three weeks since our visit, and after several washes, we both noticed that our hair texture has completely changed. We both naturally have curly hair, but now our curls are seriously damaged and almost gone. In my case, my hair is now uneven — I have some parts that are completely straight, while others are still curly, so there is no longer a consistent hair texture. This has been really upsetting for both of us.

We suspect that there may have been residue on the flat iron, possibly from a keratin or protein treatment, which could have affected our hair and altered its structure.

Unfortunately, we don’t live in Egypt and had to leave the country the next day, so we are unable to come back and address this in person. At this point, we honestly don’t know what to do with our hair anymore and feel quite desperate about the situation.

We would really appreciate an explanation and any possible solution.
