I abolutely love this place , i trust noone in Maadi woth my manicure and pedicure except kholoud , shes a miracle worker and lets just say i have very ” challenging” feet haha .
Also booking with them is a delight they have this new very polite receptionist her name is dunya who make the whole process ever more delightful .

One of the worst places to get your hair cut or hair trimmed. This girl Dina in the reception said it would cost 300 for a simple trimming, I go, this woman butchers my hair even though I specifically told her to keep the hair length intact and to trim the ends only. Moving forward turns out she doesnt know how to cut or use scissors, she did it like how we do it at home for kids (LITERALLY) I even found unevened length/hair and when I tiold her she said it was leveled. lol! And then when I went to pay the bill they had the audacity to say it was for 500 even though it wasnt a full proper hair cut and I didnt get it straightened or blown out. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! Would you be able to get my hair back? I even showed her a picture! such a shame you are using people in Ramadan and lying to them to make more money! WORST PLACE EVERRRRR!!!! Disgusting attitude!

Mena did my nails and her work was very neat, and Mona did my pedicure and threading—mashallah, she’s very professional.

Beautiful place, clean, friendly staff, colors variety. The same lady that did my manicure and pedicure also did my hair (blow dry and wavy style).
I left very pleased! In terms of cuticle cutting, they did a standard procedure (not the Russian style) they don’t risk much and don’t cut much, that I definitely miss in every salon I go, and plan to do myself before going to the appointment.
In general, I had a relaxing day and felt pretty at the end 🙂 I really liked to have one lady doing everything as I am not a big fan of several people working on me at the same time 🤣 will be back for sure!
