I’ve had such a wonderful experience withthis clinic the place is always spotless well -organized and everything is perfectly clean and sanitized which makes me feel comfortable every time I visit and the doctors are highly professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patientsThe reception team is also incredibly welcoming, organized, and professional, making the whole experience smooth from the moment you walk in.

If there was less than 1 star I would give it, appointment was at 11:30, as they say the waiting time is 20 to 40 mins, I started my session more than 2 and a half hours later!!! The doctor was sweet and calming but the delay is unacceptable! when it was finally my turn, the doctor provided an info that wasn’t shared by the time I booked nor when I arrived, which caused me more delay and they made someone else take my turn!! Instead of waiting 5 mins for me . I can see reviews from 8 and 6 months ago having the same problem, which obviously they did nothing about! That was my first and last visit!

The clinic is clean and the staff is welcoming. Dr. Eman is super professional and comforting, I do my laser sessions with her and she definitely knows what she’s doing. Also, the results are very very good and satisfying!

The dermatologists are excellent and the facility is clean; however, I have never once started my session at the agreed upon time.
If a patient arrives late, their appointment should be cancelled—this should be the policy. The clinic is not organized by any means. If the patients before me are late, I end up bearing the consequences, as my session is delayed.
Today, my appointment was postponed by more than two hours, which is simply unacceptable.
Just to be transparent: I received a call with an apology and a promise that things will be different moving forward. So we’ll see how it goes.
