The place was unclean and dark, and the result was bad, as if I hadn’t done anything at all. Truly, we entrust our affairs to God, and He is the best of guardians.

Very bad service
I went for laser hair removal for armpit i was told in the customer service it’s for 800 egp which is very pricey
I was in nasr city
I had to have an immediate service so i went to the closest branch which is this one
It was 9:30 pm i asked them if they are still open they said yes
Asked them for the price they said 600 which was different from the customer service lady
Then the dr didn’t apply numbing cream
We made a very quick painful like being electrocuted in my armpits
I asked her when the hair falls she said i shouldnt shave it for 10 days then it will fall
So i didn’tshave for 10 days and then found that it didn’t fall so i shaved and i found myself shaving every day because what she has done wasn’t effective so 600 egp down in the drain
And i am bummed about it.

The experience was terrible. They told me the appointment was at 6:00. When I arrived, they said the doctor was on her way. After a while, they told me the doctor had been in an accident. Then they told me another doctor would be doing my laser treatment. I said okay. The laser stung; I felt it wasn’t normal. The doctor increased the heat, and my bikini area got burns. That’s what I discovered when I got home after the session. I asked them why I needed a laser spacing applicator, and they told me the doctor had already applied it. Then they changed their story, saying the applicator is for single use only and should be thrown away. I will never go through this experience again.

The place is very good and one of the best clinics I’ve been to. The girls at reception were very respectful; their names were Alaa and Maryam.

This is the worst place ever. Their rudeness is unbelievable, and they’re thieves. They charged me 6500 for a single laser session for my whole body (excluding my back and stomach). When I told them that was illogical, since I weigh only 50 kilos or less, and when they did 7000 pulses, they were clearly charging exorbitant prices. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get laser hair removal at a place that operates like this. The girl named Alaa was so rude; I don’t know how she’s the face of the clinic. I’m not forgiving them for stealing my money and effort. Honestly, the two girls at reception were the worst, especially Alaa. May God punish them for stealing my money and my hard work.
