I had a very bad experience. I had a laser session for facial hair removal, and part of the area was left untreated. I went back two days later for a quick retouch before traveling. The doctor refused to do it because she wasn’t the one who worked on me during the original session and said she doesn’t complete someone else’s work. She had no issue doing it only if it was counted as a new session and I paid the 100, which is their minimum charge, even though the area needed only a few pulses.
I contacted the management, and they had no solution. The experience was stressful and unprofessional. The place needs better handling and respect for clients’ time.
