Beautiful building, went there during the Alexandria photo week in 2024 and was a great experience. They have a coffee corner that served some good drinks as well

The French Institute in Alexandria, Egypt, couldn’t care less about people. You email them, and it’s like talking to a brick wall. They don’t even bother replying, no matter how urgent your message is. It’s like they’ve got better things to do, which is just plain rude. Compare that to other French Institutes around the globe, where they actually give a damn about their clients. This kind of nonsense is just not on.
