I wanted to share my opinion about the center, especially since, unfortunately, social media has become the dominant force in advertising and promotion, and a lack of credibility can mislead clients. I actually found out about the center through social media, and unfortunately, the experience was and still is extremely bad. The lack of respect for time might be considered acceptable by some, as long as the teacher’s explanations are good, but unfortunately, it wasn’t acceptable for us because we value time. We contracted with them for an intensive online course that lasts six months from the beginning to reach B2 level in German. However, unfortunately, the teacher is very unreliable, missing at least one session every week, and the administration is completely incapable of organizing. They didn’t take any action that any respectable, professional center should take, such as providing a substitute teacher in case of absence. They wasted a lot of our time, even though they took all the course fees in full upfront, and we didn’t receive any payment for the price. Furthermore, the application or platform used for the sessions is strange and bizarre. The sound quality is extremely poor and cuts out, even in the videos they show. The lectures were unclear, and we contacted management, but it was no use. It doesn’t even compare to basic programs like Zoom Meetings.

In short, a very, very bad experience. No education, no organization, no management. The marketing talk and pre-sales service were good, but once they take the money, everything is terrible.

I wish everyone would share their honest and truthful experience, because it’s a form of honest testimony, and we should be positive and not say “it’s not my problem” so that someone else doesn’t fall into the same trap.
