Bad hospital in terms of hygiene and precautionary measures

The hospital is in very bad condition. Dirty and full of stray cats. The architecture of the palace which was turned into a hospital is testimonial of its former glory, now destroyed by white paint and overgrowing bushes. This place is basically a goverment hospital in disguise.
